With hiring ebbing, AI is both a threat and a doorway: many entry-level jobs are viewed as vulnerable to automation, while some young people are choosing to build their own ventures rather than wait for traditional paths to reopen. Terrell says, ‘especially with marketing, a lot of people think it can be replaced with AI,’ a sentiment that reframes risk as opportunity, motivating her toward entrepreneurship.
