Questions we hear often
What does an AI agency do?
An AI agency designs and builds software that uses AI to do real work, such as agents that handle tasks, AI features inside existing apps, and new AI-powered products. InnoTech Design focuses on building these to run reliably in production, with your team in control.
What is an AI agent, and how is it different from a chatbot?
A chatbot answers questions. An AI agent can also take actions: it reads a request, looks things up in your systems, updates records or drafts replies, and hands off to a person when needed. We design agents around one real process at a time, with approval steps for anything risky.
Can you add AI to our existing software instead of rebuilding it?
Yes. Most of our integration work adds AI to tools you already use: your app, website, CRM or internal systems. We work inside your current stack and start with the use case that saves the most time.
How much does an AI project cost?

How long does it take?
A focused starter project can take days to a couple of weeks. Larger agents and apps take longer and are delivered in stages, so you see working results early.
Do we own the code and data?
Yes. You own the code, the data and the accounts it runs on. We hand over documentation so your team, or another developer, can maintain it.
Where are you based, and do you work with clients outside the UAE?
We're Innotech Design FZE LLC, registered in the SPC Free Zone, Sharjah, UAE, and led from Dubai. We work with businesses across the UAE and the Gulf, and remotely with clients in the UK and US, in English.
