When you contact us by email or the contact form

Our contact form doesn't send anything to a server. It opens your own email app with your message filled in, and nothing reaches us until you press send. We receive what you write: usually your name, work email, company, and details about your project. We use it to reply and to prepare for a possible project with you.

When you use live chat

Our live chat runs on Chatwoot, open-source software that we host ourselves on our own server. It is not a third-party chat service. We store the messages you send and any name or email address you give us, for example when you leave your email so we can reply while we're offline. We use them only to answer you. The chat widget stores a small identifier in your browser so your conversation stays open as you move between pages.

When you book a consultation

Bookings are handled by Calendly, which is embedded on our booking page. Calendly collects your name, email, the time you pick and any notes you add, and shares them with us so we can hold the call. Calendly may set its own cookies; its privacy policy is at calendly.com/privacy.

When you read our site

Like any website, our server keeps short technical logs (such as IP address and browser type) for security and to fix errors.

We use your data to answer you and take steps toward a possible contract you asked about (pre-contract steps), and for our legitimate interest in running and securing our website. We don't sell your data, and we don't use it for advertising.

Only the services needed to run this site: Calendly (bookings), our email provider (email), and our own servers (website and live chat). We don't share your data with anyone else unless the law requires it.

Some of these services may store data outside the UAE or your country. When that happens we rely on the provider's own safeguards for international transfers.

• Enquiries, chats and booking details: up to 24 months after our last contact, unless you become a client. Then we keep what we need for the contract and our legal and accounting records.
• Server logs: size-limited and overwritten automatically, usually within hours to days.

You can ask us to delete your data sooner.

You can ask to see, correct, delete or export your data, or object to how we use it. Email contact@innotechdesign.uk and we'll reply within 30 days. If you're in the UK or EU, you can also complain to your data protection authority (in the UK, the ICO).

We don't use advertising or tracking cookies. The only browser storage on our site comes from the live-chat widget (to keep your conversation open) and from Calendly on the booking page.

If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
