Custom AI Agents
Custom AI agents that do real work, safely
We design and build AI agents that handle multi-step work across your email, documents and systems. They read requests, look things up, update records and draft replies, and they hand off to a person whenever it matters.
Your team is the glue between your systems
Every day someone reads an email, opens a PDF, checks a spreadsheet, updates the CRM and writes a reply. It's the same steps every time, and it eats hours your team could spend on customers. Off-the-shelf chatbots and simple automations break on the first unusual case. An agent built around your real process doesn't have to.
What we build
Inbox and request agents
Read incoming emails, forms or messages, work out what's needed, gather the facts from your systems and draft a reply or next action for approval.
Document agents
Pull data from invoices, contracts, applications and other PDFs, check it against your rules, and enter it where it belongs.
Back-office agents
Update CRMs, spreadsheets and internal tools, create tasks, and chase missing information.
Customer-facing assistants
Answer questions from your own content, take simple actions, and pass the conversation to your team when it needs a person.
Internal assistants
Help your staff find answers across your policies, files and past work.
Every agent comes with:
Approval steps before risky actions like sending, paying or deleting.
Logs you can read, so you can see what the agent did and why.
Testing on real cases before launch, and ongoing checks after.
Cost control, with the model and design chosen to keep running costs sensible.
Handover and documentation. The code, data and accounts are yours.
How we build an agent
01
Consultation
A free 30-minute video call. We learn the process you want to change and tell you honestly whether an agent is the right fix.
02
Map the process and scope
We map the steps, the systems involved, where a person must approve, and what “done” means. You get a written scope and quote before work starts.
03
Build and test
We build the agent on your real tools and test it against real examples, with a person approving anything risky. You see progress as we go.
04
Launch, monitor and improve
We launch it alongside your team, watch the logs, fix edge cases and hand over the code and documentation. Then we can extend it or move to the next process.
When an agent makes sense
A good fit
A repeated task with clear steps, information spread across a few systems, and a person who can review the result.
Not a fit (yet)
A process nobody has written down, decisions that need deep human judgment every time, or work that happens a few times a month. We'll tell you if a simpler automation or no AI at all is the better answer.
Questions about AI agents
What is an AI agent, and how is it different from a chatbot?
A chatbot answers questions. An AI agent can also take actions: it reads a request, looks things up in your systems, updates records or drafts replies, and hands off to a person when needed. We build each agent around one real process.
Can an agent make mistakes?
Yes, which is why we design for it. Agents ask for approval before risky actions, we test them on real examples before launch, and every action is logged so mistakes are easy to spot and fix.
Which systems can an agent connect to?
Most tools with an API or a standard export: email, CRMs, spreadsheets, databases, document storage and many business apps. We confirm the exact connections during scoping.
Is our data safe?
We connect only the data a task needs, keep it in accounts you control where possible, and follow the data protection rules that apply to you. We'll explain where data goes and which AI providers process it before we build.
How much does a custom AI agent cost?
It depends on how many steps and systems are involved, how much data the agent uses and how much human review it needs. Book a consultation and we'll recommend a first step with a clear quote.
Do we own the agent?
Yes. You own the code, the data and the accounts it runs on, with documentation so your team or another developer can maintain it.
Which process would you hand to an agent first?
Tell us about it on a free 30-minute call. We'll tell you honestly whether an agent fits and what a sensible first version looks like.
